I fired up Lego Iron Man expecting some heroic action - maybe flight, laser beams, a boss fight or two. What I got was... jumping over platforms and shooting floating spheres in an empty Lego city. And yet, I played it longer than I care to admit. There's something about controlling a stubby little blocky Iron Man that makes you want to keep going, even if the enemies are floating orbs and your biggest challenge is accidentally running off the edge of a rooftop. This isn't some high-budget Marvel experience - it's more like Iron Man got dropped into a side project built by one very enthusiastic teenager with access to basic Unity tools. And honestly? That gives it some charm. Gameplay is simple. You run forward, jump between buildings, and tap to fire. The projectiles are kind of slow, the hitboxes are a little unpredictable, and the enemies don't fight back - but they hover just threateningly enough to make you nervous. The platforms vary in size and spacing, so timing your jumps actually matters. You can double-jump, but even then, one wrong move and you're falling into the digital abyss. There's no checkpoint system, no real level structure - it's one continuous stretch of rooftops and floating bricks. Still, I found myself zoning in, trying to beat my last score, making slightly better decisions every time. It's not deep, but there's a weird satisfaction in surviving just one more tricky jump or blasting two orbs mid-air. What Lego Iron Man lacks in polish, it makes up for in "accidental fun." It's janky, yes - but also oddly playable. You won't get character upgrades or epic missions, but you will get a short burst of goofy superhero platforming. The Lego skin makes it feel more playful than it has any right to, and the simplicity means you can just jump in, mess around, and bounce out without commitment. This isn't the Iron Man you know - but if you've got five minutes, a sense of humor, and low expectations, you might just enjoy watching him clumsily leap between buildings in search of... whatever those floating things are supposed to be.
